Midlake Oil & Gas Limited is incorporated under the laws of Alberta and Saskatchewan.
The Company holds a majority interest in, and operates, 120 shallow gas wells in southern Alberta. Midlake’s large land base and extensive infrastructure in the area provides ongoing opportunities for future growth. In addition, the Company holds and operates light oil production from six producing wells in central Alberta.
The principals of Midlake possess in-depth experience in the areas of asset evaluation, management, acquisition and disposition. Accordingly, the Company continues to support, independently, the active client base of Cord Oil & Gas Management Limited (see “About Us”).
