Mr. Rogersis a partner with Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP in the Oil & Gas Group. With many credits to his name including Director of the Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation, past chair of CPLF’s Papers Selection Committee for its annual seminar in oil and gas law, and past chair of the Natural Resource Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association, Mr. Rogers has focused his practice primarily in oil and gas law. Since 1998, Mr. Rogers has acted as counsel for Husky Energy Inc., Enerplus Resources Fund, EnCana Corporation, Pembina Pipeline Corporation, UTS Energy Corporation, and numerous other companies.
Mr. Rogers is a graduate from the University of Calgary with a LL.B. and BA in Canadian Studies, Natural Resources & the Environment and an active member of the Law Society of Alberta.
